License to Process

By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing our Service. This license terminates when your photos are deleted from our systems.

Payment Terms

Pricing

Our Service offers multiple pricing options:

• Credit Packs: One-time purchases for individual photos
• PixySnap Plus: Monthly subscription with premium features

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

Subscriptions

Subscription services automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Service and immediate delivery of generated photos, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent service delivery.

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Photos

You retain ownership of the generated photos created through our Service. You may use these photos for personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not:

• Claim that you created the underlying AI technology
• Use the photos for illegal or harmful purposes
